Hello Backers and Fans,
The Album Launch Event for 'Love and Let Go' (late February) was a hugely successful night. With over 200 people turning up to show their support, there was no shortage of atmosphere. What's more we raised close to $2000 extra for the Red Nose Charity with album sales and raffle tickets.
A huge thank you to The Resort Club, Little Party Animals Kids Entertainment and The Institute of Popular Music for donating such amazing prizes to the night. Thanks to Adam and all the staff at North on North Steyne, for offering up such a spectacular venue for the party. Thanks to my supporting acts Peter Scully, Amy Nelson and Jas Lall for kicking off the night with such talent and style. Thank you to Mike Caen (my incredible Music Producer), and Matt Ralph for being my band on the night. Thanks to Ben for being my sound engineer and Julia for being the MC for the evening.
Thank you to all of you who came; I know some of you had to travel a long way to be there. I only wished I could have spent more time with each and every one of you.
Hard to believe that's it done and dusted... however this album continues to spread every day. I have already received so many beautiful messages from other bereaved parents who have resonated deeply with this album. I appreciate them all- thank you.
This project has exceeded any expectations I had on it, and now like a butterfly, I release it out into the world, step aside and watch it fly where it wants to fly, and reach who it is meant to reach. I trusted in the journey this far; now I trust in the journey that is yet to come.
